Kuala Lumpur: Following the latest round of resignations from top Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) shuttlers, BAM have issued a statement (see below) on Saturday trying to provide a logical reasoning for the whole situation. Kuala Lumpur: With rumors swirling and cloud of doubt hovering, the series of controversies over the mismanagement of Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM), Lee Chong Wei said issues in BAM might cause more players to consider quitting.

"Players are aware of management problems at BAM, I am not 100% sure, but I heard more players will soon resign from BAM," said Lee.The whole badminton world can't wait for Lee Chong Wei to come back to the badminton court!

Kuala Lumpur: Singapore shuttler Liang Xiao Yu once again inspired players of her team as Kepong BC defeated Purple League's regular season Champions Muar City 13-8 in the final of the Purple League Champions Challenge on Sunday.

After Arif Latif of Muar City won a 3-1 first men's singles match over Nur Azriyn Ayup of Kepong, many people predicted the well balanced Muar City would take home  Purple League Champions Challenge title without any real suspense.Congratulations to Kepong BC and don't ever underestimate the heart of a champion! Genting: Kepong BC made a superb comeback on Saturday after trailing 0-1 at one point as they defeated strong contender Cheras BC 16-7 in the semi-finals of the Purple League Champions Challenge.
