New Delhi, April 19 Taiwan players lost their bid to win the first title for their country in the Badminton Asia Championships after being defeated by their South Korea rivals in the men's doubles final Sunday.Chen Hung-ling and Lim Yu-lang, who were seeded first, lost 12-19, 12-21, 21-17 to fifth-seeded Cho Gun-woo and Yoo Yeon-seong.

Chen Hung-ling and Lim Yu-lang, who were seeded first, lost 12-19, 12-21, 21-17 to fifth-seeded Cho Gun-woo and Yoo Yeon-seong.

Another Taiwan pair, Lee Sheng-mu and Fang Chieh-min, won third place in the men's doubles.

Taiwan players Chien Yu-chin and Chen Wen-hsin also won third place in the women's doubles.
