Hublot Badminton Tournament in China (pic)

On September 22, 2013, a badminton game was held in front of the Hublot boutique at Mykal in Dalian.

The championship match was organized by Hublot and it featured badminton superstars Li Yongbo, the head coach of China’s National Badminton Team, and Fu Haifeng, Olympic champion. Guests were offered an once-in-a-lifetime chance to face-off against Fu Haifengin a battle royale that not only showcased the competitive spirit and passion of the Chinese badminton team, but also exemplified Hublot’s “Art of Fusion” concept.The event reached a feverish high with the arrival of Li Yongbo, the head coach of China National Badminton Team, and Fu Haifeng, the National champion of Olympic on the court.
 
A slick black badminton court was unveiled in front of the Hublot Dalian boutique, accentuated by a Hublot wall chronograph set up to record every game, match and point exchanged. The event reached a feverish high with the arrival of Li Yongbo, the head coach of China National Badminton Team, and Fu Haifeng, the National champion of Olympic on the court. This dynamic competition attracted an eclectic mix of VIP guests, media and badminton enthusiasts, ten of which who were handpicked by Hublot to compete head-to-head with National champ, Fu Haifeng. Live, courtside commentary provided by coach Li added a heightened competitive buzz.
