Zheng Bo and Gao Ling won an all- Chinese final in the badminton mixed doubles event at the 15th Doha Asian Games in Doha on Friday.
The newly-combined Zheng and Gao overcame their teammates Xie Zhongbo and Zhang Yawen to won the opening set 21-16. The third-seeded Xie and Zhang bounced back strongly to tie 23- 23, but lost the following two points. Sudket Prapakamol/Saralee Thoungthongkam from Thailand and Mohd Fairuzizuan/Wong Pei Tty from Malaysia took bronze medals. (source: Xinhua)
