LEE Tsuen Seng secured his first international title of the year when he beat compatriot Sairul Amar Ayub in the KLRC Australian International Championships in Wendouree, Victoria yesterday.

The final between Tsuen Seng and Sairul, both attached to KLRC Bhd, lasted 64 minutes before the former won 21-16, 19-21, 21-15. Tsuen Seng had also clinched the Canadian International and US Open titles last year.

His best achievement still remains a win over Taufik Hidyat in the 2002 Thomas Cup final which Malaysia lost 2-3 to Indonesia.

Tsuen Seng quit the national team in the middle of 2005 to join KLRC.
