Den Bosch, Netherlands: The YONEX Dutch Open 2026 concluded on October 4 with champions crowned across all five badminton disciplines at Maaspoort Den Bosch.
The tournament, held from September 30 to October 4 with US$20,000 in prize money, featured title-winning performances from Chinese Taipei’s Su Li-Yang, Germany’s Yvonne Li, Scotland’s Christopher Grimley-Matthew Grimley, Germany’s Stine Kuespert-Isabel Lohau and Denmark’s Jeppe Søby-Sofie Røjkjær.
Su Li-Yang Wins Men’s Singles Title
Top seed Su Li-Yang of Chinese Taipei captured the men’s singles championship after surviving a three-game final against Israel’s fourth seed Daniil Dubovenko.

Su took the opening game 21-17 before Dubovenko responded 21-16. The deciding game remained competitive, but Su regained control to close out the title 21-17.

Su reached the final by defeating Belgium’s third seed Julien Carraggi 21-17, 21-12 in the semifinals.

Grimley Brothers Dominate Men’s Doubles Final
Scotland’s top-seeded Christopher Grimley and Matthew Grimley completed an impressive week by defeating Denmark’s Kristoffer Kolding and Calvin Lundsgaard 21-13, 21-10 in the men’s doubles final.

The Grimley brothers had earlier defeated England’s fourth seeds Oliver Butler and Samuel Jones 21-13, 21-19 in the semifinals.
Kolding and Lundsgaard needed three games to overcome Germany’s Bjarne Geiss and Jones Ralfy Jansen. The Germans won the opener 21-18, but the Danish pair fought back 21-17, 21-19 to reach the final.

Yvonne Li Claims Women’s Singles Crown
Germany’s third seed Yvonne Li produced one of the most convincing performances of finals day, defeating India’s sixth seed Aakarshi Kashyap 21-9, 21-6.
Li never allowed Kashyap to settle into the final and controlled both games to secure the women’s singles championship in straight games.

Kashyap had produced an upset in the semifinals by defeating Denmark’s top seed Amalie Schulz 21-15, 21-13.

Denmark completed the tournament with a mixed doubles title as sixth seeds Jeppe Søby and Sofie Røjkjær defeated compatriots Jesper Toft and Amalie Cecilie Kudsk in a dramatic three-game final.
Toft and Kudsk took the opening game 21-11, but Søby and Røjkjær responded by edging the second 24-22 before winning another tight battle 23-21 in the deciding game.
